Terms & Conditions:

• Prices are quoted in $ excluding VAT.
• Quotation is valid for the month the quotation is dated
• Partner Must have active Microsoft CSP Indirect Reseller Status & active local MPN ID.
• Partner Location must be Inside Algeria for Official Tax Invoicing.
• Microsoft reseller must not sell above the mentioned End User Unit Price.
• End Customer Name should be mentioned in the PO.
• Payment Terms as agreed with Reseller & Mindware SA
• More than 1 reseller in transaction is not allowed in Microsoft Business.
• In case of Subscriptions, Billing Term must be mentioned clearly in PO, Annual or Monthly.
• Increasing licenses during the Subscription duration is allowed however Decreasing of Licenses is not.
• Customers can cancel their subscription for Microsoft 365 Cloud products within 7 days (i.e. 168 hours) and prorate (no of days passed) charges will be deducted.
• After the 7 days windows has passed, cancellation is no longer available. The partner will be billed for the full term, even if the customer stops paying for or using the subscription (app
any billing plan).
• As per Microsoft Compliance Policy, all government or government-controlled entities orders must be accompanied by a written commitment or Purchase order to the partner.
• Microsoft and Mindware has the right to demand End Customer Purchase Order to the partner at any time during the subscription period or Microsoft order
placed through us for any other commercial or enterprise end-users.
