EHS Monitoring

Purpose of EHS Monitoring:

1. To get the count of MSDS created, released, bundled, generated or packaged, completed,
rejected and failed from all the 3 Production systems PRD 500, PRM 654 & PRM 655.
2. To get the status of several SDB/ZSDB jobs running in Production systems.
3. Count of MSDS sent through mail.

Steps to run Macro for the EHS Monitoring:

1. First open the 3 Production systems PRD 500, PRM 654 & PRM 655
2. Now you have to open the Monitoring Excel sheet which I have attached in the mail,

There are 3 parts in which you will be running the macro,

1st Part – To get the status of the jobs and MSDS count

(2-88

147-233

298-2241

3541-3805

4336-4800)
2nd Part – To get the Job status and the MSDS count in mail format.

(6355-6367)

3rd Part – To get the status of coping of MSDS from Dow server to Xerox server.
(5411 – 5419)

Follow the steps as given below to run the macro:

Give the Start row and the End row ---->Then Go to view -------> Macros --------> Macro Name:

(select process) ------->Run

Then give the SAP System ID as PRD and Client ID as 500 once you give enter the macro will start running
and wait till the macro gets finished.
Now run the 1st Part to get the status of the job and MSDS count.

Once the first part gets over, start the second part to get the status of the job and MSDS count in Mail
format.

Once the 2nd part starts the mail will get generated. Wait till the macro gets finished.

Please check the attached mail for the EHS Monitoring mail example.

Now run the 3rd part to get the status of coping of MSDS from Dow server to Xerox server.

In the mail,

In Part I: SDB/ZSDB Job Status: We have to go to SM37 t-code and check for the status and the start
date is maintained correctly.

In Part II: MSDS Shipping Orders: We have to check for the failed MSDS for SD_CALL and SUB_CALL for
all the 3 production systems, for checking this we have to go to t-code CVD1

We have to maintain the Date, Status and Shipping order with Header Data.

For Date :

 For SD_CALL (YESTERDAY DATE) For Monday (Friday date to Sunday date)
 For SUB_CALL (YESTERDAY DATE) For Monday (Friday date to Sunday date)
For status :

For Shipping order with Header Data: We have to give the call for which we are checking the errors.
There are different errors:

1. Large SDS - (Just have to maintain the count in the mail and take data (specification, gen
variant, language, material and the client for which it had failed) We have to send these data to
Dow Return Safety Data Sheets fglsdsr@dow.com every week Friday))
2. MSDS Version 0.0 - (Have to maintain the count in mail)
3. X_Error - (Have to maintain the count in mail)
4. Internal Version not unique - (We used to send the report to Brenda Johnston for which
specification, gen variant and Language it failed)
5. Other errors – Cover sheet not found & Shipping order process terminated – We have to
reprocess these orders till it get completed, if it does not get reprocessed, take the header data.

In Part III: SPOOL – When the second part of the macro is run, the email will be auto populated, check
the tables for any error, if any errors check in SP01 t-code. If there are no errors mention “No Errors
Found”

In Part IV: Mails sent – We have to go to SOSG t-code and take the count.

In Period, Date : Yesterdat date to Today date. Only on Monday it should be Friday till Monday date.
In Send Status : Select all

In Sender, Sender - SEHBATCH

Take the count, if any mail failed please resend mail, if it again fails, maintain in the Monitoring mail.
