Admission Notice for Class XI for Academic Session 2024 - 2025

Applications are invited for admission to class 11 (against a few vacant seats) for the academic
session 2024-25. Only those students who have secured a minimum of 75% aggregate in the
Preboard examination (marks scored in additional subject (if any) is not to be included) held in
their schools are eligible to apply. Due to the limited number of seats in class 11, the School
management reserves the right to offer admission to meritorious applicants only.

 Dates for Registration: 1st March, 2024 - 20th March, 2024 (Online mode only)
 Date of Test and Interaction: 23rd March, 2024, Reporting Time – 8:30 AM
 Only selected candidates would be intimated about admission by the first week of April.
 This will be provisional admission till the Class 10 CBSE results are declared.

 Subject options offered in class 11:


o Subject 1: English Core (Compulsory Subject)
o Subject 2: Accountancy / Biology / Computer Science / Economics / Political
Science
o Subject 3: Mathematics / Information Technology / Psychology / Legal Studies
o Subject 4: Chemistry / Business Studies / History / Psychology / Financial
Markets Management
o Subject 5: Physics / Economics / Sociology / Painting

 Documents to be uploaded:
1. Recent passport size photographs of the candidate and both the parents
2. Address Proof
3. Class 10 Pre-Board Report Card

 Payment of Registration Fee:

On successful completion of the process, a Registration Number will be generated and


will be mailed to the e-mail address provided by the candidate in the Registration form.
Registration fee of Rs. 25/- is to be paid online only, using one of the modes mentioned
below:

1. Credit Card
2. Net Banking
3. Debit Card

IMPORTANT
 This will be provisional admission till the Class 10 CBSE results are declared.
 All NAMES (Candidate/ Father/ Mother) should be filled in expanded format and as per
the Class 10 Admit Card / Class 10 Marksheet.
 Incomplete forms or ones without supporting documents/ illegible documents, will be
rejected and will not be considered for registration. In this regard, no further
communication will be entertained.
 Incorrect information, if any, found at any stage, will result in cancellation of the
admission.
 Multiple forms will result in cancellation of all the forms.
 Selection will be based on performance in the Entrance Test and Interaction.
 Entrance test (offline mode), based on class 10 syllabus followed by an interaction will be
held on Saturday, 23rd March, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.
 Test to be conducted as follows:
 Liberal Arts: English, Social Science. (2 hours duration, however, if opted for
Mathematics, the duration will be of 3 hours)
 Science: English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry. (3 hours duration).
(The candidates opting for Science with Biology will also appear for the test in
Biology (total duration will be of 3½ hours)
 Commerce: English, Mathematics, Social Science (3 Hours duration)
 Curriculum to be tested: Class 10 CBSE curriculum

Since there are limited seats, the School Administration reserves the right to offer admission to meritorious
applicants only.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE APPLICANTS APPEARING FOR THE ADMISSION TEST:


1. Reporting Time for the Admission Test: 08:30 am, Entry from Gate 3, Sri Aurobindo Marg
2. It is compulsory for each applicant to carry the following, which will be verified at the School Gate
o A printout of Online Registration form submitted.
o A valid Original Identity Card/Aadhaar Card/Passport.
o Copy of Pre-Board examination Report Card

The candidate will not be allowed to sit for the test if the identity document is not found in order.

Any personal belongings other than those, which are mentioned above, such as Papers, Notebooks,
Bags, Mobile phones, Watches and other Electronic Gadgets are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the
examination room. School will not make any arrangements for keeping the applicants’ belongings on
the day of the examination.
