We declare the following information concerning the INEOS Styrolution America products carrying
the Lustran®, Guardian® and Triax® brand names, manufactured by INEOS ABS (USA) at
Addyston:
The following substances are not used as additives or ingredients in the manufacture of the above-
mentioned products:
Any of the nine major food allergens defined in the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer
Protection Act of 2004 (FALCPA) (Title II of Public Law 108-282) and, 201(qq) of the FD&C Act (21
U.S.C. 321(qq)) as updated by the FASTER Act, effective January 1, 2023, and substances
causing allergies or intolerances listed in Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, lastly
amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 78/2014.

As a resin supplier, INEOS Styrolution America cannot be held responsible for any processing
which may occur to produce finished articles, compounds, packaging materials or their
component(s).
