Fried pork- 1/2 , ½ cloves bawang, 2 pidasong sibulyas, 2 pidasong paminta, 1 magic
sarap, 2 tbsp soy sauce. 1 kl. 4 tbsp soy sauce
Fried fish- salt, magic sarap
Fried lumpia- ½ ½ bawang, 4pcs sibulyas, 2pcs paminta, 2pcs egg, 2 pidaso carrots,
1/8 seliri, 1 pidasong singkamas, 1 magic sarap, 1 pack oyster sauce. 1 kl. 1 bilog na
bawang, 8 sibulyas, 3pcs paminta, 4pcs egg, 4pcs carrots, ¼ seliri, 2 pidasong
singkamas, 2 pack oyster sauce.
Fried octopus (calamares)- 1/2 . 4 cloves of bawang, 2 paminta, 1 magic sarap, 2pcs
eggs, 1/8 flour. 1kl. 8 cloves of bawang, 3 paminta, 3pcs egg, ¼ flour.
SINABAWAN
Tinola- ½. Sadit na pidasong laya, 2 cloves bawang, 2 sibulyas, 1 paminta, 1 magic
sarap, 1/8 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp patis, 1 pidasong tapayas, 2pcs siling dakula, 2 dahon sili.
1kl. 4 cloves bawang, 3 sibulyas, 2 paminta, 2 tbsp patis.
Sinabawang baboy- ½. 2 pidasong sibulyas, 4 cloves of bawang, 1 paminta, 1/8 tbsp
asin, 2 tbsp patis, ¼ repolyo, 2 pcs batag, 2 pcs sili dakula, 1 pack sinigang sa
sampalok small, 1 kl. 3 pidasong sibulyas, 2 paminta, ¼ tbsp asin, 1 pack sinigang
sampalok big.
Sinabawang baka-
Sinigang na isda- ½. 2 pidasong bawang, 2 sibulyas, 3 kamatis, 1/8 lemon, 1 bugkos
talbos kamote, 1/8 tbsp asin, 1 magic sarap. 1kl. 3pcs cloves bawang, 3 sibulyas, 4
kamatis, ¼ lemon, ¼ tbsp asin.
Ginarip- ½. 4cloves bawang, 2 sibulyas, 2 kamatis, 1 magic sarap, 1 paminta, 1/8
tbsp asin, 5 pcs pinugtian na dahoon. 1 kls. 5 cloves bawang, 3 sibulyas, 3 kamatis, 2
paminta, ¼ tbsp asin.
