Solving one side travel problem

Symptom

Right travel function was too slow to operate together with left side in single operation
-In combine stage,both side of this function had sightly different flow rate than in single operation.
-Right travel function can't be operate with high speed when we tested each side of this function.

Reason

SG solenoid in 3-spool solenoid block controls main relief pressure and travel motor swash plate control angle in final
drive. So we changed it but it was not ok. And little flow rate of drain pipe was caused because we thought that the paths
of oil passages in center joint may be blocked or damage. So, we changed the new one but nothing had happened. As the
final step, we found that the pilot pressure oil which come from signal control valve was too little to operate so we
realized that the internal check valve along the path of travel functions couldn't work well or may be damaged or blocked.
They couldn't adjust the oil path inside the SCV to control when we operate the travel function with high speed.

Action

Firstly, we adjusted the pump flow rate of pump regulator as travel right spool was at 4 spool side.And then, we tested
the m/c but it was not ok.We did the adjusting flow rate of pump 1 for both slow and high speed but this problem had still
happened.So,we thought that travel motor swash plate at the final drive can't control well and we changed SG solenoid
and tested again but nothing had happened.And this problem had happened until we changed the main relief valve.As the
next step, we dismounted the left and right drain pipes of final drives and check the flow rate while operating the travel
function in high RPM.In this moment, we found that the drain pipe of the right side can't flow well and realized that we
need to changed center joint.So, we changed the new ones and tested again.As a result, one side travel at the slow speed
was ok but right side steel couldn't be operated with high speed. So we check the signal control valve as the next step. We
dismounted the left and right signal travel hydraulic pipes of MCV which connected with SCV and compared the flow rates
while operating with high speed.At this moment,we found that the flow rate at the right travel function was too little to
operate. Therefore, we changed the Signal Control Valve with the new ones and tested again. As a result, both of the
travel function were in good condition in both slow and high speed.
As soon as we changed the new SCV and tested the machine, the right of the travel function could be operated with high speed
and this mysterious one side travel problem disappeared.
