Dale Isaacs has over 40 years’ experience in management systems and strategic project management.
He earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and has done
post-graduate work at Vanderbilt University and the University of Michigan. Dale has owned and
operated a management services, systems engineering and consulting company for over 30 years
and is also the past Owner & CEO of a multi-million-dollar manufacturing corporation specializing in
the design and production of precision components and special machines, which he sold in 2010.

Dale’s expertise includes the development, implementation and “hands-on” application of management systems.
He was responsible for several of the first operations in the United States to become ISO 9001 certified in the late
1980’s. His corporate experience includes directing technical sales, marketing, market research, business
development, key process implementation and strategic quality management for a global Fortune Sub-50
corporation. His professional experience includes managing acquisition and divestment processes for international
Energy Companies (Oil, Gas & Nuclear), operations and consulting in the Oil & Gas, Banking, Financial Services,
Healthcare, Military, Construction, Manufacturing and Technology sectors where he has directed new business
start-up and divestment, market research, business planning, software development, technology application,
strategic project management, ISO 9001 based management systems development, training and assessments.

The experience gained by owning and managing multiple corporations gives Dale unique perspective as he conducts
Management Systems Audits for both acquisition due-diligence and to assess system compliance to established
standards. In addition, as a Senior Instructor for the leading international provider of Management Systems training
and consulting as well as for the American Society for Quality (ASQ), the world’s leading membership
organization devoted to quality where Dale is an ASQ Validated Instructor as well as an Exemplar
Global Certified Trainer, Dale has instructed hundreds of Exemplar Global Certified Lead
Auditor courses since the mid 1990’s and consistently receives superior ratings from students
who take his classes.
Dale is also a certified Lead Auditor conducting ISO 9001 Management Systems Certification Body
Audits across the United States.

In addition to his practical expertise and experience, Dale currently holds the position of Vice-Chair of the
United States Technical Advisory Group (US-TAG) to TC176, of the International Organization for
Standardization (ISO) responsible for developing the ISO 9000 and ISO 10000 family of international standards.
He is also the Vice-Chair for the US Strategic Planning Council for TC176. Dale has been the United States Chair
of the Standards Interpretation and Application Subcommittee for TC176-SC2-TG4 since 2016 responsible for
facilitating the interpretation position for ISO 9001 requirements in the United States and
is also a leading member of TC176-SC2-TG4 globally.
Dale is also a member of US Subcommittee 3 (SC3) responsible for the Supporting
Technologies Standards to TC176. Dale actively participates internationally and
represents the United States globally for ISO 9001 interpretations for TC176-SC2-TG4.
