Case description

Engine RPM can't raise when control dial switch maximum position and appear alarm

Symptom

Engine RPM cannot raise.

Alarm Appear. error code 14000-2 (CAN communication bus line error)
Engine sound abnormal appear.

Reason

The following items need to inspect if 14000-2 error appear;

(1) CAN bus line damage in wire harness
(2) Wire harness abnormal
(3) Wire socket loosen or damage at CAN communication wire line
Action

We checked the machine condition and inspected alarm appear from monitor(home screen view). Then, test run the machine but
engine rpm can't raise when control dial maximum position. And also engine sound abnormal appear. So, we inspected the service
mode from monitor to checked error code and machine operation. We found that error code 14000-2 (CAN communication bus line
error). So, we checked the wire harness and wire harness socket. We found that main socket loosen between main wire harness and
cab wire harness.
Therefore, we repair and tightened this socket with zip clip. Then, test run the machine operation functions. All operation was normal
condition and also engine RPM can raise to 2000rpm when control dial maximum position
