Case description

Hydraulic overheated at that time hydraulic function slow. Machine Name plate

Symptom

Hydraulic temperature rise and overheating.

Hydraulic function slow.

Reason
Hour Meter
The following factors are the cause of hydraulic overheating.
(1)Hydraulic oil cooler blocking.
(2)Fan speed solenoid deactivated.
Other factors for happening hydraulic overheated are(1)Hydraulic viscosity grade low
(2)Fan vane broken and installing back to front.
(3)Fan motor piping lines missing
(4)Fan motor damage
(5)Fan cover damage beside oil cooler.

Action

Our service team inspection the FOWA firstly then we also checked the hydraulic level and viscosity.We inspected the fan
solenoid there we founded the fan speed solenoid power line disconnected from socket .So we testing the voltage it was
19.5V and reconnected to solenoid.We test run the machine with H mode and checking the fan speed at the conditoin of fan
speed solenoid socket connect and remove there we found that there was no changing fan speed.We also checked the
hydraulic oil cooler.Oil cooler fins was block with particals at the left and right side .
Cleaning the oil cooler fins .We replaced the new fan speed solenoid valve and we test run the machine .Machine was
OK.Job was finished.
