Case description

Sharing about water boiling. Machine Name plate

Symptom

When we have arrived the job site. we test run the machine. No alarm, No
abnormal. When we have test run the machine about 2 hrs, start boiling and
overflow water from expansion tank.

-Water pump damaged
-Expansion tank clogged
-Radiator clogged
-Close water pipe line
-Gasket damage
-Crack the water line block surface.

Action

Service team inspected the machine. Firstly we check the water line and we cleaned the expansion tank. We checked the
water pump, it was abnormal, water pump shaft was jam, so we replaced it with new. Then we test run the machine, we
running the machine about 2 hrs, water boiling again. So, we dismounted the radiator and cleaned it. Then we mounted the
radiator. We test run the machine. It was again boiling when we have test run about 3 hrs. Last we decision to dismount the
Engine head. We found the crack on the block surface.
Crack has water line. So we repaired it and replaced the gasket. Then we test run the machine about 4 hrs,it was OK. Job was
finished.
