Follow Up Visit

The follow up visit went very well! We talked through the different resources on the
information table. Half of what is on the table is what she already does! The resources that she
does not do, she will definitely get her child involved in to try it out. This interview and the follow
up was valuable because it allowed me to connect with the family and offer a resource that can
help out the family. She is very thankful that she was able to be chosen to do the interview and
also be given the resource information table. This definitely helped her and her child out to do
new fun activities!
