● Support students with classroom activities by adapting weekly curriculum.
● Identify scaffolds for individual student needs that foster lifelong learning and personal growth.
● Analyze and monitor student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures and
applying appropriate disciplinary measures, when needed.
● Progress monitored students using Excel spreadsheets, Schoology and PowerSchool.
● Adapted teaching methods to adapt diverse learning styles and needs of students.

● Updated the circulation system to include AR levels for all books and all students;

● Delivered a lecture that was delivered to over 100 students on how to use databases to find primary sources for
research projects.
● Analyzed students’ acuity to identify teaching deficits; developed reading lists and other resources to supplement
existing materials and boost attainment levels in areas of underperformance.
● Expanded library website databases to enable access to research materials remotely/independently.
● Assisted with updating the library website to increase accessibility for students, staff, and families.
