In this Dispute Resolution Module, we have developed two tasks to introduce you to life in
our Dispute Resolution team. You will receive instructions from your work providers in the
team asking you to undertake a piece of work you could expect to receive in practice. These
tasks will expect you to demonstrate a commercial and strategic approach, communicate in a
clear and concise manner, and will develop your understanding of working on complex
commercial disputes.
