What YOU Need To Do…
Secure a Minister’s Licence from the
Ministry of Justice after visiting their
website at www.moj.gov.jm. Select
Minister’s Marriage Licence and follow
the procedure to obtain a Minister’s
Licence.
Customers also have the option
of providing a completed Form of
Declaration along with item
listed under the section
“What is Required.”
For convenience, customers may
purchase the pre-stamped Page 2
Minister’s Licence from the RGD at
a cost of $5,000 except from the
following locations: Kingston,
May Pen, Montego Bay and
Portmore.
To book your wedding, you can
come in office or use our online
Registry Wedding Appointment
System
What is Required
A Minister’s Licence.
Original or certified copies of
birth, adoption or naturalization
certificates.
Certified copy of Valid Government
identification. Your Package Includes:
Original or certified Final Divorce /
The services of a Marriage Officer or Civil
Judgment Papers/Decree Absolute
or previous Marriage and Death Registrar
certificate of spouse (if previously
married). One (1) Complimentary certified copy of
Marriage Certificate (3-4 business days) after
Two witnesses. MUST be 18 years
the wedding ceremony
or older.
Your choice of 10 elegantly decorated venues
If documents are not in English
they should be translated by island wide
a certified translator whose
certification of authenticity must
be attached.
Cost of Registry Wedding Package-J$18,000
Photocopies must be certified by
J.P. or Notary Public (if overseas). Live Streaming of your Registry Wedding
available at our Head Office location ONLY
J$15,000.00
