Session Title: Intercultural Relationhipss: Finding Love Beyond Borders
Session At the end of the session, learners will be able to:
Objectives: a) Understand Intercultural Relationships;
b) Know the importance of communication in building good
relationships between people;
c) Determine the factors that make people of different races attract and
build relationships with one another.
d) Give ways how to communicate effectively and how to respect people
from different culture
Key Concepts: 1. Intercultural relations are relations between groups or individuals from
different cultures.
2. In this era of globalization, people are traveling across geographical,
national, and cultural boundaries as never before. For many,
establishing relationships with people different from ourselves can be
challenging and rewarding. Social media can greatly affect self-esteem
by promoting a culture of social comparison.

episodes of Jessica Sojo – “KMJS” with the title “AFAM
Concept LOVERS” ( Some parts of the video clip were cut due to
Exploration inappropriate and sensitive scenes to protect the
students).

2. Are you open to having a friend or to marry a
foreigner in the future?
3. What do you think will be the positive and negative
