Reflect on the question:

“Does the result of a periodical test reflect evaluation of a curriculum? Why?”

As a student, I always remind myself that the results of my examinations, quizzes, and
other tests don't define who I really am. It does not affect my whole being because I use it as
a stepping stone to change and improve myself in learning. But, as I have grown older, I have
realized that test results are very important in every aspect of our lives, especially in
education, because they evaluate individual learning.
In my opinion, the result of a periodical test reflects the evaluation of a curriculum. The
periodical test is a type of examination that evaluates the whole learning of an individual for
each quarter. If the result of the periodic test is low, then the student and teacher lack
something in studying and teaching the lesson. With that, the result of the periodic test
reflects curriculum evaluation, because the evaluation of the curriculum determines the
worth of the effectiveness of any curriculum implemented. There is an alignment between
curriculum planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating, which is why the results of a
periodic test reflect the evaluation of a curriculum.
