This report discusses the load criteria, combinations and member fixity of the
PROPOSED 12-CAR GARAGE. The structure utilized reinforced concrete
members and designed using NCSP 2015 Provisions and ACI Code.

This report discusses briefly the design, criteria, assumptions, and design calculation
of the structural members for the PROPOSED 12-CAR GARAGE. The analysis was
carried out using ETABS. The load cases and combinations are based on the latest
edition of The National Structural Code of the Philippines.

DESIGN BRIEF
A. DESIGN CONCEPT
The structure shall be modeled as three - dimensional space frame using
Structural Analysis and Design software (STAAD ProV8i) or Extended Three-Dimensional
Analysis for Building System (ETABS) or RAM Structural System (RAM).
