This is to certify that Johanna Beth B. Alegria, 23 years old, single, Filipino Citizen is a
bonafide resident of Barangay Magtaon, Mapanas, Northern Samar.

This further certifies that the family is in financial difficulties, the father being a teacher and the
only earner, supports the family’s basic needs and supporting the education of all the children and he have
loans to pay from government and private agencies to sustain the family’s basic needs. His father is also
undergoing medication, and cost of maintenance is high. The wife takes cares of her father who is a senior
citizen.

This certification is being issues upon the request of Mrs. Elizabeth Alegria (mother) for whatever
legal purpose it may serve.
