JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Describes the results for which the position has on-going accountability. Accountabilities are statements
of the important end results, which the job needs to achieve to justify its existence. Each accountability
statement should relate to a single end result which must be accomplished and to which some
measurement of performance can be applied.)
1. Data Gathering
2. Prepare Reports
• Record vital information to create reports that may highlight potential problems and
fixes
• Generate and publish graphical report presentation as needed by the business
• Review of holding or quarantine area to identify causes for incorrect handling of reports
or emails
• Investigate public data information to match against internal data for accuracy.
• Ensure successful and timely uploading of data to the system for commercial and
operational use
• Responsible for providing feedback regarding customer inquiries and support
requirements related to sales and operations data to immediate superior
3. Quality Control
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for commercial and operational use
• Call out possible discrepancy in the data prior to releasing report through coordination
with customer
• Expand knowledge on business process through cross-skilling and upskilling where and
when applicable
• Stay abreast of current technology, system information, problems, changes and updates
relevant to the team
