RECOMMENDATION TO PARENTS
Dear Parents
Since you have entrusted your child to our care for his / her all round
development, we need your support and collaboration. Only on the assurance of
such collaboration can we hope to achieve our Goal. Communication is crucial to
any collaboration and therefore, parents need to understand that they cannot
dictate to the Management under what conditions it will admit or retain students
in the school, provided such conditions are in conformity with the Rules and
Regulations of the appropriate governing authority issued from time to time.
Parents / Guardians are requested not to enter classrooms or talk to teachers
when they are engaged in class. Any observation or complaints should be made
directly to the Principal in writing. The teachers will not entertain anybody during
school hours without written permission from the Principal.
While communicating with the Principal, kindly mention in your letter, the Class,
Division and G.R. Number of your child.
Applications for ‘Leave of Absence’ must be made in advance, in writing, by only
the Parents, and should not be for trivial reasons. In the case of a temporary
absence or emergent recall for attending a domestic emergency, a written
application will be made to the Principal and then only, can the child be taken out
of the school premises with a valid Gate Pass.
Parents and Guardians should go through and sign the remarks and notes sent by
