Dr. Kiran Soni is Associate Professor at Geetanjali Institute of Technical

Studies (GITS), Udaipur, Rajasthan and Research Supervisor (Rajasthan Technical University, RTU)
in Master of Business Administration (MBA), Dr Kiran Soni selected as a DRC (Department of
Research Committee) member nominated by Honorable VC at RTU (Rajasthan Technical
University, Kota). She is in the panel of examiners for evaluation of the Thesis in the subject of
Management at Madhav University and Sri Satya Sai University of Technology & Medical
Sciences, Sehore (M.P.) and she got published her book by the Kaav publication on “A Study of
Applicability of Waiting Line Model in Selected Hospitals of Southern Rajasthan” with ISBN

in Business Administration and Secured Second Position in Mohan Lal Sukhadia
University, PGDCA from ACE Institute, B.Sc. (Mathematics) from MLSU Udaipur. She
is backed by 12 years of teaching experience with exemplary track records in structural
teaching and two thesis has been submitted under her guidance and 4 Scholars are doing their
research from RTU.

She has attended number of FDP’s sponsored by AICTE and UGC and got published 43
Articles and research papers in Scopus, Web of Science, UGC care, International and peer
reviewed journals.

She got awarded by the Bharat Shiksha Ratan award. Apart from educationalinstitutions
she has also worked with NGO and her services were recognized and awarded with ‘Seva
Gaurav’ and “Magan Shishak Rtna”, by the Pratibadh Sansthan Samaroh, at the state level
felicitation for teachers September 5th.
