Respected Sir,
On 07th March 2024, I received the notice U/S 41-A (1) CRPC pertaining to
crime in FIR NO : 54/2024 of Subramanyapura Police Station P.S for the
cognizable offences punishable U/S 420 IPC, 66(C), 66 (D) of IT Act, is
registered.
I have received the notice on 07.03.2024 and I have to travel to Bengaluru from
my place which is more than 2000 KM to attend the investigation on same day is
very difficult and almost impossible.
Furthermore, I am humbly submitted that I am suffering from fever and cold, and
my health condition is also not allowed to travel 2000 KM to attend the
investigation.
I have highest regards for this notice and non-appearance on 07.03.2024 is not
intentional and the present request is made bona-fide and in the interest of justice,
kindly grant some time to attend the investigation.
I undertake myself to not violate the conditions U/S 41(a) to (e) CRPC and abide
by the terms of notice.
