Zone, MCD, office at Udyog Sadan, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi-110092,

do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under: -

1. That the deponent is presently posted as Assistant Engineer (Main-II),

Shahdara (South) Zone, MCD, and well conversant with the facts and

circumstances of the present case and competent to swear the present

affidavit in his official capacity on the basis of record.

2. That the contents of accompanying written statement to the suit have been

drafted by my Counsel under my instructions, the contents of which are

true to my knowledge derived from the official record and same may be

read as part and parcel of this affidavit and nothing has been concealed

therefrom.
