AFFIDAVIT OF UNEMPLOYMENT

I, JINEBIV ABONG MAÑEGO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, currently

residing at Purok 2, Sili 2 South Poblacion City of Naga Cebu, after having
been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am not currently employed by any person, company or corporation;

2. That am living with my parents and being supported by them;

3. That this affidavit is made to support my Petition for Correction of Gender

in my Certificate of Live Birth as proof that I have no pending administrative,
civil or criminal case with an employer since I am not employed with any
person;

4. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

narration of facts and for whatever other purposes this may serve.
