• Joined as Probationary officer in Public sector Bank – Bank of Maharashtra in the year 2015
• Elevated to Manager Scale 2 in the Year 2018
• Elevated to Sr Manager Scale 3 in the year 2022 to till date

During the tenure in Bank of Maharashtra my roles and responsibilities are as under

Since the year 2016, I am working as a branch manager in various pan India places at various size
branches
Presently handling the branch size 150 crore business .

As a Branch Manager in Bank of Maharashtra, my role is crucial in overseeing the operations and
performance of the branch. Here are some typical responsibilities and duties associated with this
position:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, including assistant managers,


relationship managers, and other employees.
• Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and encourage
professional development among staff members.
• Delegate tasks, set goals, and monitor individual and team performance.

2. Customer Service and Relationship Management:


• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all clients by the branch staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to
enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

SUB-STATION OPERATION:

• Operation of 132/11KV Substation yard, 90MVA GT yard.


• Testing of 132/11KV substation equipments like CT’s, CVT’s, PT’s, SF6 CB’s, LA’s, PI’s, single and
double isolators.
• Substation fault analysis relays co-ordination and power system flow analysis.
• Emergency operation during island & blackout situations.
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING:

1. Testing : • Power transformers(S.T(95MVA)):

Insulation resistance test, Magnetizing current, Vector group, Short Circuit test.Tan delta test, ratio test, Differential
Stability, Magnetic balance, Winding Resistance.
Current transformers (Up to 4000/1):
Insulation resistance test, Polarity test, ratio test, Knee point, Winding resistance, Tan delta test.

• Potential transformers: Insulation resistance test, Ratio, Winding resistance.

• Transformer Relay Protection: Differential protection, Restricted Earth fault Protection,Overcurrent protection,
Under/Over voltage.

• Power cables: Insulation resistance, High Voltage D.C Test (4times rated voltage).

2. Commissioning:

• Scheme & Interlock checking: of individual Incomer and HT and LT motor feeders.

• Test/Remote operation: of Switchgear feeders.

• Trial run: H.T and L.T motors-Monitoring and Recording the No-load and Full load trial data fromrelay and DCS.

• Punch list: Preparation and co-ordination with Project and EPC Contractor (L&T POWER) for the liquidation of
punch list.

• Standard Operating Procedures: HT and LT switchgear feeder operation, Power Transformer back charging.
