With due honour I would like to state that I Smt Rukhsona Begum having
a OD mortgage accommodation with your branch since a long. I have
regularly paid loan obligation within due time.

Sir, recently my business have trim down causing retrospective effect of

poor profit and often the cost of finance force me to earn minimum
income. Therefore, I want to trim the over burden of outside liability like
credit support of suppliers and loan obligation . I have already deposited
Rs 4,00,000/- and request to branch manager to reduce my loan limit to
Rs 12,00,000/-

Sir, Due to pendency of annual renewal ,my account has been locked for
few days and I could not made any business transaction properly.

Sir, Please , renew my loan account and oblige.
