1. MEMBERSHIP AFFILIATION FEES

a) Each Member Association $1,000.00

b) Each Associate Member $1,000.00
c) Each Professional Club Member $2,000.00
d) Leagues Operating within Canada
MLS $30 000.00/club

NASL $20 000.00/club
CPL $20,000.00/club
Other cross border leagues (non-professional) $1,000.00/club

2. MEMBER ASSOCIATION ANNUAL FEE FORMULA

In addition to the Membership Affiliation Fee Annual Membership fees for Provincial/Territorial Associations is
calculated by a formula approved by Special Resolution at a Meeting of the Members. The current approved
formula is: Total number of registered players, two (2) years prior to the current fee year, multiplied by $9.00. For
example, the fee year of 2018 would use registered players in 2016.

3. REFEREE FEES

a) FIFA Referees/FIFA Assistant Referees, National List Officials,

National Assessors, National Referee Instructors: $100.00

4. REFEREE CLINICS

a) Provincial Only 50% of Clinic Fees

5. COACHING COURSE INSTRUCTION FEES

a) Active Start Course $ 2.00

b) FUNdamental Course $10.00
c) Learn to Train Course $12.00
d) Soccer for Life Course $12.00

6. REINSTATEMENTS

a) All applications for reinstatements must be made through the $500.00

Provincial/Territorial Association with which the player is registered and
Submitted to Canada Soccer.

7. APPEALS

a) A certified cheque or money order to be forwarded to the CSA by the $1 500.00 + costs
Applicant.

8. APPLICATION FOR TRAVEL

a) For all teams applying for travel outside Canada (except to USA) $100.00

9. APPLICATION FOR EXHIBITION GAMES SANCTIONING

a) Application Fee $100.00

b) Promoter Performance Bond $25,000.00
c) Sanctioning Fees regarding exhibition games involving foreign teams, are:
i. Games involving a Professional Club in Membership as a % of gross gate 8%
receipts (including taxes)
ii. Games involving non-member clubs as a % of gross gate receipts 10%
(including taxes)

10. INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR CLUB FRIENDLY TOURNAMENTS

a) Administrative Fee $100.00

11. OUTSTANDING INVOICES

a) 18% interest per annum (1.5% monthly) applied to outstanding levies and all invoices over 30 days. No
interest will be charged if payment is received within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

b) Payment for Travel Costs for National Club Championships to be received immediately upon receipt of
invoice (7 days grace accorded).

12. INTERMEDIARY PRE-REGISTRATION

a) Registration Fee $500.00
