Career Brief : As Mechanical Engineer, I have a strong knowledge in HVAC system; Chillers,
Air Handling Units and Fan Coil units plus the DX systems talking about their specs , compatibility to the
international standards and applying value engineering to the same , in addition to that I have very well
Background in Plumbing systems including Domestic water supply, Drainage and any related infrastructure
for the same , being in different sites have added to my experience a well Knowledge in executing LPG and
firefighting systems , interference between the Mechanical and Electrical Services have formulated my
MEP Experience to achieve the Project Mep Goals , I am a reliable and devoted team worker, with strong

Reporting to the Projects manger Leading 5 engineers and a team of 120 + between Foremen’s, technician and
labors

Responsibilities and duties:

- Facilitating workplace culture to drive team members to excel.

- Estimation works related to the tender stage, cost and giving full quotation to the job.
-Submitting Full Engineering Value Studies Prior to Construction Stage.
- Handling and Heading the Technical meetings with the (clients, Consultants, and the projects management)
related to the Design and Built Stages of the project to produce the final Approved Drawings.
- Preparation of MEP shop drawings, MEP coordination drawings, and design proposals for Mep Discipline.
- Handle all the technical issue related to the Submittal approval and getting.
- Hiring specialized Subcontractors for the certain parts in the contract scope of work.
- Progress monitoring, review and verify subcontractor(s) monthly invoices.
- Procuring and witnessing performance tests for all the long lead highly sophisticated items related to the projects.
- Assure that the project work and quality is up to standard and complying with tender specifications.

Responsibilities and duties:

- Handle all the technical issue related to the Submittal approval

- Designing HVAC system, equipment sizing including chilled water pump, AHU’s, Chillers and network, air handling
units fan coil units and duct sizing.
- Water supply system, including pipe network design and sizing for all the project, designing the plant room
including the water supply pumps and equipment and specifying the pump type depending on the application,
calculating and estimating flow, head and pressure drop required according to the parameters available.
- Fire System, estimating the pipe network design and fire pumps depending on the building type and activity
according to NFPA standards.
- Producing shop drawings and as built for the project.
- Responsible for the day-to-day work execution progress in coordination with the site engineers, supervisors and
foremen to achieve the planned clearance dates, initial and final fixes.
- Preparing RFI “Request for Inspection” for completed works for all mechanical activities
- Project QA/QC activities like (Installation & material inspection requests, Mockup installations, MEP clearances,
Snagging list and rectification and Method statements)
- Assure that the project work and quality is up to standard and complying with tender specifications.
- Supervise the project on site and handle material submittals, and check workmanship quality, based on Daily
bases.

4-Refurbishment of North and south Fire Station at ARFF in ALAIN international Air port
A total of 15 million AED of Design and Built project with AbuDhabi Airport Company (ADAC) As
client and JACOBS As CMA ( Consultant ) in which a complete refurbishment for 2 occupied fire stations
to be made a 4 chillers system complete with pump and plant room arrangement were made , new
domestic water firefighting and Fire alarm system were fixed

5- Complete Fit out works of Terminal 3 Business park complex

4.4 million AED fit out works with Abudahbi Airport company (ADAC) as client and Kling Consults as
Consultant in which Full Chilled water networks installed full Firefighting network (sprinklers and
FM 200 system ) , BMS, light control system Executed in 2 months Duration .
6- Refurbishment Work for Family Development Foundation
A Project with Family Development Foundation as Client and Abudhabi General Service Company
(Musanda) As Project Management in which the a fully ducting network with BMS and VAV controlling
system for 5 story building and a 12 AHU , a c complete Firefighting network with new Pumps and
External water tanks .

7- Development of Technical service Center At Mazyad Area :

A 13 million project with Emirates Transport as Client and AlTorath international Consulting (AIC) in
which package, ducted split and VRF units are used , complete Fire fighting and fire alarm system along
with Domestic water supply system , the project is considered as green friendly Environment Building
with pearl 1 rating system ,
