and

conferred and to do any other related and/or incidental task that may be needed to fully and
effectively carry out the authority herein conferred upon them.

authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in
and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do or perform if
