I am Jefri Doni Lumban Gaol, born in Samarinda, 23 September 1996. My

educational background is a bachelor's degree mechanical Engineering. As an
engineer, I have experience as a Mill development staff and occupational safety and
health staff. I am a person who can learn quickly. Able to work in a team and work
alone to solve problems. I have good communication skills so I can easily adapt to

Ocupational Health and Safety Staff (Full Time)
• Prepare and implement the Annual Internal Audit Work Plan and determine the frequency of
audits.
• Plan and implement employee resource development to meet the company's competency matrix.
• Plan to manage and control work and environmental safety aspects for which you are responsible
and ensure that all work and environmental safety aspects comply with applicable laws and
regulations.
• Develop and implement occupational safety and health work programs in a comprehensive and
consistent manner and ensure that all work programs can be carried out in accordance with the
schedule and performance targets set.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of safety, occupational health and environmental work
programs on a regular basis and ensure continuous performance improvement in the safety,
occupational health and environmental safety management process.

Maintenance). Planned Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, and Kobetsu Kaizen (Focused

increase the area of cooling ponds up to 2 times the initial capacity.
