Respected Sir,
In this connection it is informed that I have been appointed as

Presiding Officer for the Lok Sabha and Assembly bye elections 2024. I have already

performed the duties in Lok Sabha and Assembly elections as Sector Officer.

Moreover, I have also been appointed as District level Nodal Officer for District Una

vide Engineer-in-Chief letter No. JSV-Cash-C-II-Election duty/2024-152-88 dated

19.04.2024.

It is, therefore, requested that my duties as Presiding Officer for

the Lok Sabha and Assembly bye elections 2024 may kindly be cancelled and even if

my duties are required then I may be appointed as Sector Officer.
