I am the only child to my parents, I have also enclosed certified copies of the Aadhar
and all the other essential documents are herewith produced with this affidavit. All the
documents enclosed herein are genuine and if any found false or incorrect, I am sole
responsible for the same and concerned authorities shall take any legal action against
me if any documents mentioned are false or incorrect.
This family tree affidavit is to be produced before the concerned authorities my
father’s/mother’s/Ancestor’s property for sale of my ancestral self-acquired property
and shall not use the certificate for any Medical or other purposes. I will not alter or
delete any contents of this affidavit in future for Court or any legal or illegal purposes.
