EXEMPLAR PAULINIANS

1. Mr. Seth John L. Agruda

"As a Paulinian graduate, I lead a purposeful life, deeply rooted in the

values of Christ-Centeredness, Commission, Community, Charism, and
Charity.

As a teacher, I see my role as a sacred vocation. I strive to establish a

classroom environment where Christ-Centeredness is not merely an abstract
concept, but a tangible reality. I impart not only academic knowledge, but also
lessons in love, empathy, and faith. My objective is to inspire my students to
embrace their Commission to serve others and effect positive change in society.

As a colleague, I recognize that we are all integral parts of a larger

Community. I firmly believe in the power of unity and collaboration. I provide
support to my fellow educators, share my knowledge, and foster an atmosphere
where everyone feels valued and heard. Together, we can more effectively
embody the Charism of our tradition and extend our acts of Charity to those in
need.

As an individual, I embody the principles of Paulinian values in all

aspects of my life, extending beyond the boundaries of the classroom and
workplace. In my daily endeavors, I make it a priority to align myself with the
teachings of Christ, exemplifying love and kindness towards every individual
I encounter. I am wholeheartedly committed to fulfilling my Commission as a
responsible and compassionate citizen, actively contributing to the
advancement of society. By actively engaging with my community, I
proactively reach out to those who may be marginalized or in need, fully
embracing the Charism by dedicating myself to acts of selflessness and service.
Ultimately, I firmly believe that through acts of Charity, we have the power to
instill hope and facilitate healing in a world that often yearns for both.

Living as a graduate of Paulinian education entails a fundamental

dedication to pursuing a purposeful and meaningful life, anchored in the
principles of Christ-Centeredness, Commission, Community, Charism, and
Charity. This commitment is lifelong, with the ultimate goal of effecting
positive change in the world as a better place.

Being a Paulinian graduate is a continuous journey of self-reflection and

personal growth. Leading a life filled with purpose and significance, guided by
the principles of Christ-Centeredness, Commission, Community, Charism, and
Charity. It represents a commitment to living intentionally, with a defined
sense of direction and genuine sincerity. It is a lifelong commitment to making
the world a better place, where love, service, and empathy serve as my
foundation of my existence".

2. Jessel D. Cabañog

“Living my life as a Paulinian graduate means embracing the values and

principles instilled in me during my time at St. Paul University Dumaguete.
How I live my life as a Paulinian graduate. First is to embrace the Paulinian
5’c, Christ-centeredness, commission, community, charism, and charity.

St. Paul University promotes values such as integrity, compassion,

humility, and service to others. Live by these values in my daily life, treating
others with respect and kindness is a lifelong learning. I experienced a lot
during my time. We engage in volunteer work and community service to give
back to society. To emphasize the importance of service to others, and find ways
to contribute to our community and that's what we call Corporal Works of
Mercy. Now I am teaching at Holy Cross High School and I still bring these
experiences and knowledge to share with my students to inspire them and
teach them do to so.

Let me share with you this and until now I still bringing these. The key is
to uphold the values and lessons you learned during your education and use
them to make a positive impact on the world around you. That's all Thank you.
I love you Miss Laquinon”.

3. John Cruise Solamillo

model to other people, to be good individuals, not only on the people that they
want to be with but an All to all professional. Sharing what I have and what I
can for the betterment of the community and by spreading the Good news to
all".
