This post is a big disaster. I say that the staff is

incompetent!!!!
I sent registered mail internationally (Austria),

they sent it to Australia... after several
complaints, no one wanted to resolve or find a
solution to my problem. They sent me away
every time!!!
I had to go to the post office which is in front of

my home and they did what was necessary.

Wonderful staff. So helpful as I didn’t speak French,

and they pointed me to where I could ship a UPS label
across the street. I shipped a package to NYC which
would have cost double at DHL. The nice lady from
the Ivory Cost was so kind and friendly.

I truly hate leaving low reviews but after a year with

this post office it has just been a series of incredibly
incompetent and unfriendly service. To top it off
they’ve just lost an important document of mine and
gave no indication of when they might find it.
