Fuel-
1. Fuel to be used in the rocket can be Thermite which burns very easily,
but we have to build a proper combustion chamber to make it in use and
before the production of the Thermite we need to test the fuel storing area
weather its leaking or not how much capacity it has and is it safe to keep
it there. About Thermite:

. The products emerge as liquids due to the high temperatures

reached (up to 2500 °C (4532°F) with iron(III) oxide)—although the
actual temperature reached depends on how quickly heat can
escape to the surrounding environment.

. contains its own supply of oxygen and does not require any external
source of air.

2. The second type of fuel could be RP-1 which gives maximum thrust, but
it is difficult to acquire it and will increase in cost and needs a proper
rocket engine which is not possible because of its cost.About RP-1:
