(Food Service Establishment)
Good Day! Classmates, I am
going to share you my
observation on this food
service Establishment namely,
the Boss, Silog nga po. That is
located at Brgy. Pinugay
Southville 9 Phase 5. Upon
my observation on this food
service establishment I notice
that some of the food servers
doesn’t wear any protective
equipment and the sanitation
of their place is not thoroughly
done. However, the place is
so good and somewhat clean,

because it is prepared in a
safe and proper way, However we are not sure if the food they are serving to us is
already expired or not, but still their food is very tasty and can reach the minimum
standard quality. In addition, about the utensils and equipment that they are using, I can
see that the tools they are using for preparing a dish and other dishes are the same, so
I assume that since they used the same equipment for making another dish, the utensils
may or may not be cleaned enough. Moving on, on my overall observation, I think
though there are some things that the establishment should consider to properly follow
the occupational health and safety, I can still recommend them because their place is
good but it needs some improvements, they follow the OHS moderately and also I
appreciate their hospitality and the taste of their food. The shop is really good, though it
just need some improvements for it to be better.
