Notes:­

1. The judicial officers shall be under the control of the Principal District & Sessions Judge of
the district to which they have been allocated.

2. The judicial officers under transfer'shall notify the cases in which they had reserved
judgments/orders before relinquishing the charge of the· court in terms of the
posting/transfer order. The judicial officers shall pronounce judgments/orders in all such
matters on the date fixed or maximum within a period. of 2-3 weeks thereof,
notwithstanding thepostingltransfer. Date of pronouncement shall be notified in the cause
list of the court to which the matter pertains as also of the court to which the judicial
officer has been transferred and on the website. '

Re-designationof existing court owing to creation of New Courts:-,

3. The Court of Sh.Vipin Kumar Rai, Judge Family Court-Ol, South-West, Dwarka stands
re-designated as "Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, South West, Dwarka". The
court of Judge, Family Court-02, South West, Dwarka, presided over by Sh.Anil Kumar,
stands re-designated as Judge, Family Court-Ol, South West, Dwarka.

4. The Court of Sh.Arun Sukhija, who is the successor court of Sh.Raj Kumar Tripathi,
. presently Additional. Principal Judge, Family Court, West, Tis Hazari, shall be
designated as Judge Family Court-02, West, Tis Hazari. '

5. The court of Judge, Family ·Court, North-East, Karkardooma Courts Complex presided
over by Mr. Ankur Jain is henceforth re-designated as Judge Family Court-Ol, North­
East, KKD.

6. The court of Special Judge (ND~S) South West, Dwarka hitherto presided over by
Ms: Chetna Singh and which shall now be presided over by MS.Bhavna Kalia is
henceforth re-designated as Special Judge (NDPS)-OI,South West, Dwarka.

7. The Principal District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Court Complex shall withdraw
sufficient number of cases from the existing courts of District Judge (Commercial Court)
and assign them to. the newly created court of District Judge (Commercial Court)-05, so
as to ensure equal pendency.

8. The Principal District &. Sessions Judge (South East), Saket Court Complex shall
withdraw sufficient number of cases from the existing courts of District Judge
(Commercial Court) and assign them to the newly created court of District Judge
(Commercial Court)-08, so as to ensure equal pendency.

9. The Principal District & Sessions Judge (South West), Dwarka Court Complex shall .
withdraw sufficient number of cases from the existing courts of District Judge
(Commercial Court) and assign them to the newly created court of District Judge
(Commercial Court)-04, so as to ensure equal pendency.

10. The Principal District & Sessions Judge(HQs.), Central, Tis Hazari Court, shall withdraw
sufficient number of .cases from the existing courts of Addl.District Judges and assign
them to the newly created court of ADJ-12, Central, THC, so as to ensure equal
pendency.

11. The .Principal District & Sessions Judge (South West), Dwarka Court Complex shall
withdraw sufficient number of cases from the existing court of Special Judge, (NDPS)
which is re-designated as Special Judge (NDPS)-Ol and as~ign them to the newly created
court of Special Judge, (NDPS)-02, so as to ensure equal pendency.

12. The Principal Judge, Family .Court, North-East, Karkardooma Courts Compiex shall
withdraw sufficient number of cases from own court as well as the existing court of
Judge, Family Court, North-East which is re-designated as Judge Family Court-OI, North­
East and assign them to the newly created court of Judge Family Court-02, North-East,
KKD, so as to ensure equal pendency. .

13. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts Complex shall
withdraw sufficient number of cases from own court as well as the existing courts of
Judge, Family Court, Shahdara, KKD and assign them to the newly created 'court of Judge
Family Court-03, Shahdara, KJ<D so as to ensure equal pendency.

14. The Principal District & Sessions Judge, East, KKD shall withdraw sufficient number of
cases which are more than 4 years old from the existing ASJ courts and assign them to the
newly created court of ASJ(FTC) East, which is a Fast Track Court for trial of old
criminal cases.
 15. The Principal District & Sessions Judge, North-East, KKD shall withdraw sufficient
number of cases which are more than 4 years old from the existing ASJ courts and assign
them to the newly created court of ASJ(FTC), North East, which is a Fast Track Court for
trial of old criminal cases.

16. The Principal District & Sessions Judge, Shahdara,· KKD shall withdraw sufficient
number of cases which are more than 4 years old from the existing ASJ courts and assign
them to the newly created court of ASJ(FTC), Shahdara, which is a Fast Track Court for
trial of old criminal cases.
