(The inspection and testing detailed in this report and accompanying schedules have
been carried out in accordance with Saudi Building code [401])

DECLARATION
The procedures of inspection had done on the electrical installation (as
indicated by our signatures below). The results were recorded in accordance
with the highest standards of quality and efficiency, and all information and
data contained in this report and the tables and observations contained in it,
were developed after careful evaluation of the current state of electrical
extensions (in the period of implementation of the inspection) in accordance
with the provisions of this report, We highlighted that the certificate and/or
inspection report reflects the state of wiring installation in the period of
carried out of the inspection and any modification of electrical installations
or additions to electrical loads that occur after the date of the report are not
the responsibility of the company and are not covered by the certificate
and/or inspection report.
