Dear Parents/Guardians/Students

We would like to inform you that the Madhya Pradesh Government has decided to
organize Japanese Encephalitis Vaccination Camps in the Bhopal district. As a part of
this initiative, vaccination camps will be held in our school, Father Agnel Co-Ed Senior
Secondary School Campus Bhopal, on 25th and 27th April. The vaccination camp is
open for all children between the ages of 1 and 15.

The vaccination camp will be conducted during school hours. Therefore, we request
your cooperation in ensuring that your child attends school on the day of the
vaccination camp. It is essential that your child has something to eat in the morning
and brings some food items along with them. Please do not send your child to
school on an empty stomach.

If your child has already received the Japanese Encephalitis Vaccination, please share
the vaccination certificate with the class teacher.

If you have any objections or concerns regarding the vaccination, please inform the
class teacher in writing.

Please note that your child should not have a fever, cold, cough, flu, or any other
illness on the day of the vaccination. If your child has any health issues, please inform
the class teacher, and we will notify the health officer at the camp.

This vaccination campaign is being conducted entirely by the Madhya Pradesh

government.
