y Session (Virtual) – Coach Agenda

Content / Procedure Moderation Scope

Introduce the agenda, exercises and set goals and

In plenum
expectations

(1 min profile) Participants write in a post-it their name, role,

motivations and expectations for the session, experiences
In plenum
and concerns related to generative AI, and use it to present
themselves to the team.

Presentation by topic expert on what Gen AI is and how it can

In plenum
be used in business

15 min – Coach goes through the opportunity cards. As they

listen, participants think about what processes or activities
could be improved with gen AI capabilities. They should take
notes if an idea comes to their mind, and should focus on In plenum
listening first.
Ask them to write down questions about the cards in post-its
to discuss at the end or on the follow up session.

Ask participants to:

1. Think about what processes and activities in their business
area needs to be improved and why, write down their ideas
and bring them to the follow-up session. See the guide for
guidance on the formulation.
In plenum
2. Ask participants to read the opportunity cards and think
about scenarios showing how the generative AI capabilities
mentioned in those cards could help to address the areas for
improvement.
They can use the scenarios in the cards as inspiration.

Content / Procedure Moderation Scope

Introduce the agenda, exercises and set goals and

In plenum
expectations

Review participants' questions about introductory session and

In plenum
generative AI capabilities

5 min – Participants write down activities or processes in

their business area that they want to improve, including what,
why and who. (see example in guide) – 2- 3 post-its per
person
25 min – Share-out answers and discard duplicates or
In breakout teams
combine very similar ideas in one post-it. Don't cluster. (2 - 3
(5 - 6 people)
min per person)

Recommendation: ask participants to send their

challenges prior to the workshop and prepare them in
advance in post-its.

20 min – (Optional) Participants map the challenges

described earlier to the opportunity cards. Think: which
opportunities could be most beneficial to improve the
processes or activities mentioned? Duplicate the post-its if
In breakout teams
needed and don’t worry if some post-its can’t be mapped.
(5 - 6 people)
10 min – Participants select the 3 most relevant opportunities
for your business through voting or open discussion. If you
did the mapping, you can select those opportunities
addressing more challenges

15 min – Silently, participants write down scenario sentences

explaining how generative AI can be used to address the
activities and processes mapped to the selected cards. Write In breakout teams
at least 1 scenario sentence per card. You have about 5 (5 - 6 people)
minutes per card.
15 min – Participants share their scenarios with peers
20 min – Check which scenarios can be combined in one
solution. Ideas with the same or related beneficiary and
similar objective could fit well together, but not all scenarios
In breakout teams
have to be combined. Give descriptive names to the
(5 - 6 people)
combined scenarios
5 min – Participants get 5 votes each. 1 vote is worth 100 € /
$ 100 . Distribute the votes on the scenarios you would invest
in. Select top 3 per breakout team.

Overview of part 1 if needed In plenum

5 min – Distribute the selected scenarios to different

members or pairs of the team, so that they can be described
simultaneously.
60 - 90 min – Participants fill-in the Use Case Brief
(Business, Technical and Ethical views) for their scenario
In breakout teams
10 min – Participants share the Use Case they detailed out
(5 - 6 people)
with the team

Use the Gen AI Limitation cards to complete the AI

Limitations area of the Technical View.)

Teams Share-Out (5 mins per team) + questions and

In plenum
feedback

In a discusssion, participants compare their ideas to each

other in a heatmap with 2 dimensions (Business Value vs.
Complexity)
Agree on the dimensions of the heatmap within the group if In plenum
necessary.
Participants decide which use case idea to take to the next
