There are several reasons why spending time on higher education is better for their
career prosperity. Firstly, a plenty of employers might ask for high academic
qualifications from people applying for some professional jobs. For many high-
paying jobs such as statisticians, economists, and medical jobs, master’s degree is
one of the most vital requirements. Secondly, today job market is more competitive
and a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in your resume can be a huge advantage
compared to other applicants. Consequently, while the absence of
academic credentials may hinder a young person's career trajectory, university
graduates have access to a wider range of high-quality job opportunities and higher
salaries.

Entering the workforce immediately after high school can be appealing for several
reasons. For one, earning money as soon as possible means that they can become
financially independent, establish a stable life, start a family or travel. In addition,
starting work early provides opportunities for career advancement, as they can
broaden their perspectives, acquire real-world experience, and
develop practical skills in their chosen profession, leading to career success.
Especially, if they do not have enough time and enough money, the best choice is
to begin employment soon. In fact, many students in Vietnam countries are
inclined toward finding a job after high school to afford their living

In conclusion, getting a job right after graduation has several benefits. Besides,
tertiary education provides opportunities to be successful in their careers.

People have different views about the equal role of females in a nation’s law
enforcement and military these days. While there are convincing arguments
supporting the idea that they are not appropriate for such kinds of jobs, I personally
believe that both females and males plays an important part in the armed forces
On the one hand, there are a number of explanations why females are less suitable
to work as a policewoman or soldier. One of them is their inferiority towards their
male counterparts when it comes to physical health, so they cannot carry out their
duties as effectively as their male counterparts. Take competitive sports as an
example, we have different leagues for men and women since most women simply
do not have the strength and endurance to compete with men at the highest level.
Thus, the opponents against women serving in the army or police force believe that
this kind of job is less well-suited for the allegedly weaker sex. However, I believe
that the use of modern firearms has negated the size and strength disparity between
the two genders, and so men and women should both serve if they meet certain
standards of fitness.

On the other hand, I would maintain that the availability of females in the armed
forces is utterly important for the following reasons. One of them is that in some
cases which require skillful tactics, the involvement of female officers would be
preferable. History has shown countless examples of women being effective
soldiers and military commanders. For instance, Lady Trieu, a
Vietnamese warrior who was skilled in martial arts, led an army of resistance to
drive away foreign invaders. In World War II, many Russian women served in the
military as snipers or pilots, and their achievements brought fear to their enemies
while inspiring respect from their male comrades. These examples are evidence
that being female does not hinder soldiers from carrying out their duties.

In conclusion, liberty and a fair option to choose their dream should be given to
women and not curbed for them, they should be given a chance to prove everyone
wrong as well as outshine.
