Tenor Minimum – 3 months
Maximum – 18 months
Security Motor vehicle in the name of the borrower or names of directors and
shareholders of a company.
For individuals, the car can also be in the name of a spouse
Product specific a. Copy of white book
documents required for b. Valuation report by Izwe appointed valuer
loan to be processed c. Driver’s license

2. IZWE AUTO LOAN (New Product)

Minimum amount K10,000 (ten thousand Kwacha only)
Maximum amount Second hand vehicles – K1,000,000
Brand new vehicles – K1,500,000
Minimum Counter party Brand new vehicles – 10% minimum
contribution Second hand vehicles – 25% minimum

Tenor Minimum – 3 months

Maximum – 48 months

Security The vehicle being purchased shall be the security for the loan and shall
be registered in the name of the borrower

3. IZWE TERM LOAN

Minimum amount K10,000 (ten thousand Kwacha only)
Maximum amount K3,000,000 subject to client’s affordability and value of collateral
Tenor Minimum – 3 months
Maximum – 48 months
Maximum (12 months for loans secured by cash)
Security Security shall be either landed property and / or cash
