REGISTRATION OF SALE DEED.

"RESOLVED THAT Mr. Avinash Shrirag Jadhav, Authorised Signatory of the

company be and is hereby authorized and empowered to negotiate, finalise,
register, enter into and execute Deed of Conveyance, Sale of deed, such
other documents / agreements / letters/ writings as may be required in
this regard ('the said Documents") for sale of Land situated within the
village limits of Marvand (Nivkane), Tal Patan, Dist Satara bearing Gut No.
11 (129/1) areas admeasuring Hectors 00.70 equivalent to 1.30 Acres
approx ("the said Property") and to do all such deeds, matters and things
ancillary and incidental thereto".

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT any Director of the Company be and is hereby

authorized on behalf of the Board to provide certified true copy of the
resolution as and when required."
