BS in Analytics and Sustainability Studies

Duration : 05 Months

Period of Exchange : July 2024 to November 2024

Nature of Exchange : Attend lecture complete required coursework & library

referencing work. The selected student has to compulsorily
complete a minimum of 30 ECTS / 40 Macquarie University
Credit Point at the Host University

Scholarship Details : The tuition fee for one semester at University will be waive off.
If any scholarship is available will inform you later. (If scholarship
approved student may receive amount of Aus $ 5000)
OIA will sponsor partial (50 per cent) of round trip Airfare upto
a maximum of Rs.40000/- whichever is less

Expected Expenditures : The student will bear/mobilise the rest of the airfare, cost for the
VISA and Insurance. The student will pay for the
accommodation, meals and take care of their other expenses.

Eligibility/ Requirement : A score of minimum 6.5 Grade Point Average on Semester I to

III Candidate must have a passport at the time of application.
Students with supplementary in any paper are not eligible to
apply. Selected must submit valid proof of English
proficiency as informed by host university. Please refer

Submission of Application : Interested student need to submit the following documents.

1. Covering Letter addressed to the Chairperson, Office for
International Affairs (OIA), TISS with your TISS Enrollment
No., Email-Id and Mobile No
2. Latest Curriculum Vitae,
3. Statement of Purpose or Letter of Motivation explaining why
you are interested in participating in this International Exchange

professionally and personally.
4. Recommendation letter/email from Faculty of your course.
5. Copy of the Grade Card. (If grade card is not issued, you must
submit as soon as you receive from your school)
6. Copy of Passport

Kindly Note any late application will not be entertained.
Selection Process:
The double layered selection processes may be followed for exchange programmes that have
been opened across campuses.

Date of written / Interviews : The shortlisted candidates will be communicated

dates of written test and interview to your TISS email id.
Rules & Regulations:
1. All enlisted documents are mandatory to process your application for the exchange.
2. Failure to submit any of the above document(s), will be treated as incomplete application.
3. Any change of Date and time of selection will not be entertained.
4. All selection is provisional/ conditional, and the TISS/ Host University has the right to cancel any selection
at any stage on the grounds of non-fulfillment of the eligibility criteria / statement furnished by you is
found incorrect or for any other reasons.
5. A student who has already completed one student exchange programme cannot apply for another during the
same degree. They can apply only when they are enrolled at TISS for a new degree programme and there is
a gap of at-least 2 years from the completion of last exchange.
6. Relaxation of rules and regulations pertaining to the selection and exchange will not be entertained.
7. Selected students are responsible for timely application for visa, keeping required documents ready for the
VISA application process.
8. TISS / OIA is not responsible for grant of visa and OIA will not contact any embassy or Office for the grant
of VISA.
