 It is also for ensure that the employee must
concern about the safe behavioral practice in inside of
plant.
 Every employee must should to remember that most
valuable smiling faces is waiting for us at our sweet
home.

• FRC coveralls
• Safety shoes

This is very important for head counting,

particularly during emergency drill.

• Matches/Lighters or any other ignition source.

• Mobile Phone.
• Camera.
 Work Starting System
• Permit to Work (PTW) (for critical
activities ).
• HA, JSA.
• Everyone must sign in “HA” form, to show
that they understand safety precautions to be
taken during the activity
 Motor Vehicle Safety:

 Always use seat belt

No seat belt, No gear
 Motor vehicle speed limit
In site plant 10 km
Access road 10 km
LGED road 30 km
Highway 70 km
 Follow JMP.
Anti Harassment & Drug Policy:

• NO Fighting is allowed inside the plant both

party will be terminate without further
consideration.
• NO horseplay in allowed
• NO alcohol/intoxication drug is allowed

selling or taking.
 HOUSEKEEPING

• Housekeeping is everyone’s responsibility.

• Wastes must be disposed at in appropriate bins
located at the work areas.
• Maintain free access into every work area
• Dedicate last 15 minutes of each work day to housekeeping of the
work area.
