AIMS:

A1 – To allow students to express their own ideas;


A2 - To provide key topic vocabulary;
A3 - To practice listening;
A4 - To introduce and give further practice related to weather;

ASSUMPTIONS:

The students have previously discussed about this subject. They have knowledge of a
basic vocabulary, including words and expressions used to express different things about this
subject.

ANTICIPATED PROBLEMS:

Some of the students might find difficult to listen to an English audio material and to
get specific information according to the task given by the teacher. Also, some of them were
not able to learn some expressions used for this topic, so they would not be able to solve a
part of the exercises proposed in the class.

AIDS: textbook, computer, handout, exercises, texts

STRATEGIES: Conversation, brainstorming, practicing vocabulary.

TYPE OF INTERACTION: Individual, whole class.

SKILLS: Reading, speaking, writing, listening.
