I. PROJECT TITLE: Installation of Wall Fans (8 -ARCHIMEDES)

III. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The classroom is the main area where children and youth spend most of their lives. The absence of
wall fans or proper ventilation in a classroom can have several negative effects on students, impacting their
comfort, health, and overall learning experience, For this reason, the HRPTA initiates bringing into more
desirable or excellent condition the student through the installation of wall fans in the classroom.
The installation of classroom wall fans can be important for several reasons, contributing to the
overall comfort, well-being, creating a comfortable, well-ventilated, and conducive learning environment. It
contributes to the overall well-being and productivity of both students and teachers.

IV. OBJECTIVES
Classroom Wall Fan Installation aim to:

• Provide students with adequate air circulation contributes to a more comfortable environment for
both students and teachers.
• Design a conducive learning environment;
• Support Oplan Balik Eskwela programs and project initiatives through Brigada activities;
• Encourage parents and students to support and participate in the improvement of the classroom;

V. ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN

Preparation and crafting of Project Proposal

 Meeting with parents for the proposal and approval of the project and presentation of the Program of
Work
Collecting, gathering, and purchase of materials
Contracting laborers
Actual Installation of Wall Fans
Monitoring and documenting the actual implementation of the project
Preparing the Financial and Accomplishment Reports
Reporting and presenting the accomplishments to the parents and Grade 8 – Archimedes students
Preparing the documentation of the project.

VI. PROBLEMS MET AND MEASURES TAKEN

Out of 37 8 -ARCHIMEDES students, only 27 were able to give their shares on the agreed deadline.
The adviser augmented the balance from the intended budget for the purchase of materials and the laborers’
payment.

VII. PROJECT IMPACT

The expected output of this Installation of Wall Fans will benefit the Grade 8-Archimedes students
of San Vicente National High School. The classroom will be conducive and enhance overall air circulation
and ventilation. when this project is accomplished.
