SUB: GUARANTEE FOR CONTAINER
RELEASE
Dear sir,
The undersigned guarantee that in consideration of
you releasing any container to our care that we
accept full responsibility of any damages or
detention charges that may be incurred.
In return, we undertake to pay immediately all
detention charges may be due to you upon
collecting release notes for containers and the
balance of charges for detention and damage of
any within 30 days of invoicing. It is understood
that any such agreement would be invalidated in
case of non-payment to any member line of your
group.
In these circumstances, we appreciate that all
member lines of your group would be obliged to
demand deposits prior to release of any subsequent
shipments.
In case of any disputed invoice we accept to pay
these under dispute. These charges to be held by
the carrying line until such dispute is resolved.
This guarantee is valid up to 31st December 2019

‫نحن الموقعين أدناه نتعهد مقابل إفراجكم عن‬/‫أن نتحمل أنا‬
‫الحاويات المذكورة المسئولية الكاملة تجاه أية أضرار أو تأخير‬
‫قد يحدث لهذه الحاويات‬
‫نتعهد لكم بأن ندفع فورا جميع أجور التأخير المستحقة عند‬
‫ أما عن أجور‬.‫استالمنا أذونات اإلفراج عن هذه الحاويات‬
30 ‫التأخير الالحقة أو األضرار إن وجدت فإننا سندفعها خالل‬
‫يوما من تاريخ صدور قائمتكم‬.
‫هذا ومن الواضح لدينا أن هذه اإلتفاقية ستصبح الغية في حالة‬
‫عدم تسديدنا أي فواتير من هذا القبيل ألي عضو مشترك في‬
‫المجموعة‬.
‫ويصبح من حق األعضاء المشتركين معكم في هذه المجموعة‬
‫أن يطالبوا بالتأمين النقدي قبل اإلفراج عن أية شحنة حاويات في‬
‫المستقبل ومن المفهوم أيضا أنه في حالة أي خالف على فاتورة‬
‫األجور (التأخير أو األضرار ) فأننا نتعهد ونقبل بتسديد قيمة‬
‫الفاتورة وتبقى هذه األجور محفوظه لدى الخط الناقل حتى‬
‫التوصل الى حل إلزالة هذا الخالف‬.
