with Anyiam-Osigwe Group ( AOG ) in 2010 as
Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions West
Africa Ltd.
• Honeywell’s JV partner , AOG, is a leading
consulting & Management Company founded in
1986 by Chief Emmanuel Onyechere Osigwe
Anyiam-Osigwe. Its activities cover diversified
business areas with offices in Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja,
Owerri, Ishiagu, Orlu, Nkwere, Warri and Port
Harcourt within Nigeria. .
• Honeywell Nigeria head office is situated at 21,
Raymond Njouku Street, Ikoyi, Lagos.
• Permit to Operate from Department of Petroleum
Resources, Nigeria & Certificate of Incorporation
granted to Honeywell JV in 2010.
