Board of Public Utilities and Department of Environmental Protection to Fund DEP’s
FY24 Electric School Bus Program.

Approval of a Municipal Consent to Provide Wastewater to a Portion of the Township

of New Jersey Natural Gas Company for the Annual Review and Revision of its Basic
Gas Supply Service (BGSS) and Conservation Incentive Program (CIP) Rates for F/Y
2024.

The Board will consider an Initial Decision and stipulation regarding New Jersey
Natural Gas Company’s 2023 Basic Gas Supply Service, Balancing Charge, and
Conservation Incentive Program rate filing. The parties executed a stipulation for final
rates which, if approved by the Board, will result in no impact to customer bills.

B. Docket Nos. BPU GR23060331 and OAL PUC 11816-2023 – In the Matter of Public
Service Electric and Gas Company’s 2023/2024 Annual BGSS Commodity Charge
Filing for its Residential Gas Customers Under its Periodic Pricing Mechanism and for
Changes in its Balancing Charge.

The Board will consider an Initial Decision and stipulation regarding Public Service
Electric and Gas Company’s 2023 Basic Gas Supply Service rate filing. The parties
executed a stipulation for final rates which, if approved by the Board, will result in no
impact to customer bills.

C. Docket No. GR23060332 – In the Matter of the Petition of Public Service Electric and
Gas Company for Approval of Changes in its Gas Conservation Incentive Program
(2023 PSE&G Gas Conservation Incentive Program).

The Board will consider finalizing Public Service Electric and Gas Company’s 2023
Gas Conservation Incentive Program filing rates. The parties executed a stipulation
which, if approved by the Board, would result in no changes to customer monthly gas
bills.

D. Docket No. ER23110784 – In the Matter of the Petition of Public Service Electric and
Gas Company for Approval of Electric Rate Adjustments Pursuant to the Energy
Strong II Program.

The Board will consider Public Service Electric and Gas Company’s Energy Strong II
November 2023 rate filing. The parties have executed a stipulation which, if approved
by the Board, would increase the monthly bill of the average residential customer by
approximately $0.42.

E. Docket No. GW23080558 – In the Matter of a Petition of PS&S Architecture and


Engineering, PC for a Waiver of the Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G) Tariff
for Individual Meters.

The Board will consider PS&S Architecture and Engineering, PC and WinnCompanies’
request for waiver of Public Service Electric and Gas Company’s tariff.

3. CABLE TELEVISION

A. Docket No.CE24030181 – In the Matter of the Application of Comcast of Plainfield,


LLC for a System-wide Cable Television Franchise in the Borough of Dunellen,
Middlesex County, New Jersey.

The Board will consider the application of Comcast of Plainfield, LLC for a System-
Wide Franchise to provide cable television service to the Borough of Dunellen in
Middlesex County, New Jersey, for a term of seven years.

A. Docket No. TO24010050 – In the Matter of the Request for Quotation for Consulting

The Board will consider recommendations regarding the true-up of the Fiscal Year
2024 budget, along with budget revisions and program changes.

B. Docket No. QO24010015 – In the Matter of a Memorandum of Understanding Between


Board of Public Utilities and Department of Environmental Protection to Fund DEP’s
FY24 Electric School Bus Program – Executive Session.

The Board will consider a Memorandum of Understanding related to the New Jersey
Department of Environmental Protection’s Electric School Bus Program.

C. Docket No. QO22050327 – In the Matter of New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program: New
Construction Program.

The Board will consider revisions to the New Construction Program, which is offered
through New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program.

D. Docket No. QO22030153 – In the Matter of the Community Solar Energy Program.

The Board will consider setting Community Solar Energy Program capacity allocations
for Energy Year 2024.

E. Docket No. QO21010085 – In the Matter of Modernizing New Jersey’s Interconnection


Rules, Processes, and Metrics.

The Board will consider proposed interconnection rule amendments and new
interconnection rules for submission to the Office of Administrative Law and
publication in the New Jersey Register.

F. Docket No. GO20090619 – In the Matter of Petition of Elizabethtown Gas Company


for Approval of New Energy Efficiency Programs and Associated Cost Recovery
Pursuant to the Clean Energy Act and the Establishment of a Conservation Incentive
Program.

The Board will consider Elizabethtown Gas Company’s request for an extension of the
energy efficiency programs and associated cost recovery for Triennium 1.

G. Docket No. GO20090622 – In the Matter of the Petition of New Jersey Natural Gas
Company for Approval of Energy Efficiency Programs and the Associated Cost
Recovery Mechanism Pursuant to the Clean Energy Act, N.J.S.A. 48:3-87.8 et seq.
and 48:3-98.1 et seq.

The Board will consider New Jersey Natural Gas Company’s request for an extension
of the energy efficiency programs and associated cost recovery for Triennium 1.

H. Docket No. GO20090618 – In the Matter of the Petition of South Jersey Gas Company
for Approval of New Energy Efficiency Programs and Associated Cost Recovery
Pursuant to the Clean Energy Act.

The Board will consider South Jersey Gas Company’s request for an extension of the
energy efficiency programs and associated cost recovery for Triennium 1.

I. Docket No. QO24020109 – In the Matter of the Opening of New Jersey’s Fourth
Solicitation for Offshore Wind Renewable Energy Certificates (ORECs).

The Board will consider the solicitation guidance document for the fourth offshore wind
solicitation.

J. Docket No. QO23090714 – In the Matter of New Jersey Clean Energy Program Fiscal
Year 2024 Community Energy Plan Grant Program; and

Docket No. QO23100729 – In the Matter of New Jersey Clean Energy Program Fiscal
Year 2024 Community Energy Plan Implementation Grant Program.

The Board will consider an amendment to the Board Order that approved the third
program year of the Community Energy Plan Grant (“CEPG”) Program and
established the Community Energy Plan Implementation (“CEPI”) Grant Program.

A. Docket No. AX22090613 – In the Matter of the Proposed Amendments to N.J.A.C.


14:3 – All Utilities.

The Board will consider the submission of proposed rule regarding amendments to
